By accessing the NeuroVitals website (neurovitalsai.com), enrolling as a Pioneer member, or utilizing the NeuroVitals mobile client, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Non-Clinical Informational Service

NeuroVitals is a health technology platform designed to facilitate personal metabolic health awareness, biometric tracking, and lifestyle habits. NeuroVitals does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical treatments, or emergency psychiatric interventions. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before implementing dramatic dietary changes or modifying prescribed medication regimens.

3. Pioneer Founding Membership

Pioneer membership ($365/year or $1/day) provides annual access to the NeuroVitals platform, ongoing biomarker analysis tools, and priority advisory updates. Your $365 founding annual rate is locked for life so long as your account remains continuously active without lapse.

4. Member Cryptographic Responsibility

Because NeuroVitals is decentralized and relies on atProtocol PKAM keypairs, you are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your private atKeys. We cannot reset or recover lost cryptographic master keys without your backup passkey.
